RIO FERDINAND and Sir Alex Ferguson thrashed out their differences during a summit meeting at Manchester United's training ground.
The United manager had vowed to "deal with" Ferdinand after accusing the central defender of "embarrassing" him and "letting down" the club by joining the boycott of Kick It Out only 24 hours after instructing his players to back the anti-racism campaign.
