Parramatta have received a double boost for Monday night's clash against the Roosters with Luke Kelly and Ken Sio set to return from injury.
Kelly hasn't played since he suffered a hamstring injury against the Warriors. Sio, who also hasn't played since round one, returns to the wing after recovering from an ankle injury.
Ben Pomeroy, suspended on the eve of the finals last season, will return for his first game of the year for Cronulla against St George Illawarra.
Dragons coach Steve Price has stuck with his side but has added Jack Stockwell and Chase Stanley to an extended bench.
The Wests Tigers will be without Marika Koroibete (sprained foot) for Thursday night's clash with Manly at Bluetongue Stadium, with Matt Utai coming into the side as his replacement.
Rabbitohs prop Roy Asotasi, who was left out of last week's win against Penrith, has been named on an extended bench for the showdown with the Bulldogs on Friday. Justin Hunt has also been included on the bench and is on standby for Dylan Farrell.
Penrith welcome back Cameron Ciraldo from injury. Ciraldo will play his first game of the season at lock against the Titans on Sunday, with Nathan Smith dropping back to a seven-man bench.
Warriors winger Glen Fisiiahi, who missed the loss to the Sharks for family reasons, has been recalled, while Sam Rapira returns from injury for Monday's game against the Warriors at Mount Smart Stadium.
Jesse Sene-Lefao comes into the Manly side on the bench to replace Richie Fa'aoso, who will face the judiciary on Wednesday on a charge of dangerous contact on Titan Ashley Harrison.
The Broncos will be boosted by the return of Justin Hodges, who hurt a hamstring against the Dragons in round two, for their showdown with Melbourne.
Newcastle coach Wayne Bennett hasn't named Kurt Gidley for their clash with Canberra on Sunday. Gidley suffered a calf injury before the round-three win against the Cowboys. Tyrone Roberts stays at halfback, while Timana Tahu has been named on the bench with Alex McKinnon in the centres.
The Titans have named Ashley Harrison to face Penrith but he has to pass a cognitive test after suffering concussion.
