KNIGHTS back-rower Robbie Rochow has been called on to the NSW Country Origin bench for the clash against City Origin at Apex Oval, Dubbo, on Sunday.
KNIGHTS back-rower Robbie Rochow has been called on to the NSW Country Origin bench for the clash against City Origin at Apex Oval, Dubbo, on Sunday.
The 23-year-old East Maitland junior is one of three changes to the squad.
He replaces Dragons back-rower Trent Merrin who was forced out due to a hand complaint.
David Mead comes in for Josh Dugan (ankle) and Dragons teammate and 18th man Tyson Frizell is also out with an ankle issue.
A new 18th man is yet to be named.
North Queensland’s Tariq Sims has been elevated from the bench to the starting side in place of Merrin and Rochow replaces Sims on the bench for his representative jumper.
Rochow is the fifth Knight in Country side alongside skipper Beau Scott, winger James McManus and halves Tyrone Roberts and Jarrod Mullen.
