NATHAN Tinkler is likely to face a courtroom grilling over the liquidation of his company Mulsanne resources and its $28.4 million debt to miner Blackwood Corporation.
Coal junior Blackwood Corporation announced to the Australian stock exchange that it planned to issue examination summons to the former directors of Mulsanne, which would force the former directors of the company to appear before the NSW Supreme Court. This would include Mr Tinkler, his right hand man Troy Palmer and Aimee Hyde, the lawyer for a myriad Tinkler companies.
