Tim Ferguson is running for New South Wales Senate under the Senator Online party.
"I will have no will of my own, I'll make speeches, but I've got to do what you say".
"Democracy shouldn't be something you do every three years with a hangover, then you get a sausage sandwich, go home and complain and whinge for the next three years."
Being affected by Multiple Sclerosis Tim is obviously interested in the NDIS and other disability related issues.
"But I'm not so selfish as to have that as my core policy. I think tertiary education has to be helped and saved and we have to take care of our older people."
If he is elected as one of the 12 senators from NSW, there are issues he thinks haven't been talked about enough during this campaign, education is one of them.
"They're not saying anything to save TAFE. TAFE right round the country is having the guts stripped out of it and TAFE is how people learn practical skills."
He wants to become the puppet of the people, with every vote he would cast as a Senator being decided for him, ahead of time by registered voters online.
But is he just wasting our time in the voting booth on Saturday?
"If I wasn't running, you'd still have to number 109 candidates below the line and the NSW Senate ballot paper would still be a metre and a half wide. Bite me! Deal with it."
He feels he can probably get on with most of the other non-puppet senators like Bob Carr.
"Bob Carr and I get on like a house on fire, which of course involves lots of black smoke and screaming".
Tim is looking forward to that.
