WHO is in and who is out for round three of the 2013 NRL season.
Ben Barba did not travel to Melbourne with teammates on Wednesday. Bulldogs coach Des Hasler was also emphatic this morning that Barba would not play. The visitors are also without forwards Sam Kasiano, Frank Pritchard and James Graham, who is serving an 12-week ban for biting Billy Slater's ear in last year's decider. The Bulldogs have not been considered such outsiders to win a game since 2008. That's in spite of a heavy travel load for the Storm across the opening two rounds, which have also been played in challenging conditions. Both sides are expected to be unchanged with Maurice Blair and Tim Lafai expected to drop off the extended bench.
Ken Edwards will make his debut for the Eels. Tigers coach Mick Potter has not revealed if Ava Seumanufagai or Suaso Sue will make their debuts.
NRL SuperCoach: Last Word for Round Three
Steve Matai (neck) is expected to play. The Sea Eagles are still without co-captain Jason King. He could return as early as round four. The Titans will be unchanged from the team that beat the Raiders with Luke O'Dwyer expected to stay 18th man.
Justin Hodges (hamstring) is in extreme doubt to play for the Broncos. Matt Gillett is his likely replacement in the centres with Dunamis Lui expected to come into the 17-man side. Dylan Napa will not play for the Roosters.
Luke Lewis (ankle) is in doubt and could be replaced by Sam Tagataese on the edge. The Warriors are also expected to be 1-17.
Matt King will return for South Sydney in the NSW Cup for the Bears. The Panthers have had a massive blow in losing Lachlan Coote. He has been replaced by Tom Humble.
Glenn Buttriss (ankle) has been cleared to play for the Raiders. The Dragons have not made any changes despite a lacklustre start to the season.
Newcastle's Willie Mason (calf) will not be available for the game. David Fa'aologo will start in the front row. Michael Morgan has beaten Robert Lui to fill Ray Thompson's halfback spot. Blake Leary is expected to drop off the extended bench.
